At the marketing agency Become, they love data and happy employees. Therefore, they take the temperature of job satisfaction every month with a GAIS survey.

“For us at Become, job satisfaction is about liking your job and being motivated to go to work. It’s that famous gut feeling, which for good reasons is hard to measure. But we do it anyway,” says Bjarke Bekhøj, director at Become.

“When we know what creates high job satisfaction for ourselves and each other, we can also better do something active to maintain the good mood,” he continues.

Become uses, among other things, the GAIS Open Score to show and tell the outside world and potential new employees about their culture of job satisfaction and focus on creating good work enthusiasm.

Every month, we use GAIS to take the temperature of how well we are doing. We don’t (only) measure to show the world that we are an attractive workplace. We do it to know where to intervene if something is lacking. When we know what creates high job satisfaction for ourselves and each other, we can also better do something active to maintain the good mood.
