At the dental chain Godt Smil they use GAIS to get an overview of the work ethic, both as a whole and in individual departments. Here, they identify which factors need to be prioritized and worked on to increase the overall work ethic.

“We believe that work motivation and well-being are created by mastering your work and helping to deliver good results. Work motivation and well-being are created in a collaboration where everyone contributes to lifting each other up and making each other good,” says Stefan Patti, COO at Godt Smil.

Leaders dive into data

Godt Smil works to improve well-being in daily life. To achieve this, data from the GAIS survey is reviewed by the managers of each clinic. The survey gives Godt Smil tools to start new initiatives to improve work motivation.

“Each manager goes through the measurement and is prepared for where to focus and how to initiate the further process. GAIS has given both the company and the individual employee useful tools to improve well-being in the workplace,” says Stefan  Patti.

GAIS-focus-cards help Godt Smil prioritize which actions need to be taken to improve work motivation.

“By using the focus map, GAIS directs our focus on the factors that are most important to employees. We like the focus map because it guides which areas we need to focus on to improve well-being in the workplace,” says Stefan Patti.

Godt Smil uses GAIS because it is easy to use. GAIS has given both the company and the individual employee useful tools to improve well-being in the workplace. Using the focus map, GAIS directs our focus on the factors that are most important to employees.
