GAIS Programs: Online development courses on employee enagagement

After completing a GAIS survey, users now gain access to curated content journeys – which we call programs.

At GAIS, we believe that a survey is never the goal in itself—it’s about how the insights from a GAIS survey can drive real development. Our goal is for each survey to lead to insights that lead to action. That’s why we’re excited to introduce a new initiative designed to support meaningful change for both employees and leaders: GAIS Programs.

GAIS Programs are short learning journeys focused on specific development areas, each derived from the results of a GAIS survey. Among the first programs we’re launching are themes such as leadership communication, balancing time and tasks, finding meaning in one’s work, and present leadership.

Structured similarly to e-learning or online courses, GAIS Programs are tailored to the results of each individual or company-wide survey. Based on these results, GAIS recommends specific programs to help employees and leaders enhance engagement and well-being in their unique situations.

Learning and reflection after the survey

Programs are a natural next step after receiving the personalized recommendations that follow a GAIS survey. Here are some key benefits of the programs:

  • Learning through a process
    Each program consists of 4–6 elements delivered over time. This allows participants to process knowledge gradually, which supports deeper learning and sustained impact.
  • A mix of engaging formats
    Programs include diverse content types such as videos, articles, guides, and actionable tools. This variety not only makes the program more engaging, but also accommodates different learning preferences. The combination of inspirational content (like videos) and hands-on tools (like downloadable PDFs) creates an ideal environment for reflection and development.
  • A commitment to progress
    By actively choosing to begin a program, participants are more likely to stay engaged. You can clearly track your progress and see how many steps remain—providing motivation and a sense of direction.
  • For both employees and leaders

    The recommendations GAIS provides are always based on survey responses. For employees reviewing their personal report, relevant programs are suggested to support their individual development. For companies and teams, the programs are tailored to help leaders and well-being managers drive positive change at the organizational level. 

We believe these programs can support a stronger sense of engagement in the workplace and spark meaningful reflection and action.

More programs and custom ones too

We’re continuously developing new programs, so the number of available learning paths will keep growing. GAIS Programs are freely available to all GAIS users.

In addition, GAIS Plus companies can create their own custom programs, which are shown to employees once they’ve completed their GAIS survey. GAIS Business Partners can also develop and share tailored programs with their partner companies.
